Welcome to the website and community site at community.theimpactspace.org (“Site”), which is owned by Impact Space Inc. (“IMPACT SPACE”). This Site is operated by IMPACT SPACE, and materials on the Site are owned by IMPACT SPACE. The Site may also include materials owned by third parties and posted on the Site by virtue of a license, grant, or some other form of agreement between the third party and IMPACT SPACE.

IMPACT SPACE created this Site for your education and personal use. You are authorized to access this Site and use the materials contained here only if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and these Terms of Use, which constitute an Agreement between you and IMPACT SPACE. Please read these Terms of Service carefully and save them. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should exit this Site immediately.

IMPACT SPACE does not endorse and has no control over the content of Messages submitted by others to Forums. Messages submitted to Forums are not necessarily reviewed by IMPACT SPACE prior to posting and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of IMPACT SPACE. IMPACT SPACE makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the content of the Messages in the Forums or the accuracy and reliability of any Messages and other materials in the Forums. IMPACT SPACE reserves the right to prevent you from submitting Materials to Forums and to edit, restrict, or remove such Messages for any reason at any time.

IMPACT SPACE takes no responsibility for actively monitoring Forums for inappropriate Messages. If IMPACT SPACE decides to monitor the Forums, we assume no responsibility for the content of the Messages, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Messages, and no responsibility for the conduct of the user submitting any Message. You agree that any Message submitted by you becomes the property of IMPACT SPACE and may be used, copied, sublicensed, adapted, edited, transmitted, distributed, publicly performed, published, displayed, or deleted as IMPACT SPACE sees fit.

You agree to release IMPACT SPACE, its parents, and affiliates, together with their respective employees,agents, officers, directors, and shareholders, from any and all liability and obligations whatsoever in connection with or arising from your use of the Forums. If you are unhappy with the Forums or object to any material within Forums at any time, your sole remedy is to cease using them.

If IMPACT SPACE provides links or pointers to other websites, you should make no inference or assumption and imply no representation that IMPACT SPACE is connected with, operates, or controls these websites. IMPACT SPACE is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites that may be linked to this Site. Account Deletion
