I don’t recommend it; simply because someone isn’t even sure about the business’ survival.I recommend other sources of fundraising for a starter other than loans.
However, if someone is to do it, he/she must have calculated well about taking such a risk and how to recover it in case things don’t go as planned. -

Share your opinionI suggest he finds another business idea which doesn’t require too much capital to start, invest his capital at hand in it & later in the future when the capital had accumulated & he had got other enough savings, he divert to his dream business.
Because, if he bought the equipments for now and fails to get capital for the stock, he will end up selling the equipment which would have depreciated hence incurring some losses. -

Let’s get your opinionThis is true however, a true entrepreneur traces opportunities in every aspect, he/she never blames his family background or the environment he’s living in for his failures. He thinks analytically & is always open to a number of ideas. He must be innovative by having the ability to think newer & better…He must be creative, initiative ambitious, should take calculated risks & set clear goals.
On the other hand, a non entrepreneur will not see all that, a reason to why such people would rather take the timely money than a job. -
