Some depression require therapy or medication..However if it isn’t so much serious, one should involve himself in things that cheers him up, avoid overthinking, think positivity, make achievable plans, practice hobbies among others.

When my country had put total lockdown & no movements were allowed,my good friend was admitted in a certain hospital…
He was fighting cancer & I at least wanted to be there for him in that trying time..We talked on Tuesday & I had promised to visit him on Saturday then he died(RIP) on Thursday. I would have gone there earlier if transport wasn’t limited due to Covid19!I knew he was going to die but it happened so soon.I hardly believed it till I saw him laying dead??
I’ve had bad days but that was the worst! -
To the God who leads and his children follows, may he lead you along that pass, pave you a way and bring overwhelming success to the project you’re yet to do.Amen?
