Who are your customers and how to do retain them
Knowing who your business is providing value to is very much important especially for your business to strive and succeed. Who are your customers, what step are you taking to retain them so they can always patronize you?

Eateries, celebrants(birthday, marriage, anniversaries etc), Women, Children, Youths, etc. Are all my customers!

My customer are the public and the those who are operating restaurant and eatery, how to maintain my customers is from time to time I call them and send text messages to them , wether I have stock or not , make some changes in the price and work on the feed back they give to me . They are some times i carry out evaluation test to know where and what to amend. With these I should be able to keep my customers intact.

My costumers are Electricians, Electrical contractors, general contractor’s, house owners, shop owners etc.
I w1ill retain my customers, by ensuring that all my customers, are given a first class treatment whenever they visit my ship.
