What do you need first to start a small business?
Someone wishes to go into business but does not know exactly where to start from. Solicit funding, go for entrepreneurship training, or as my mentor will say “start from anywhere you can”

The fact that he has the idea then he has already started. Let him/her actualize the idea by starting with the little that is available, Seek for help from friends, apply for grant from government if there is that room or any other method .Whichever come first.
