Almighty father, the great physician, the life giver, we ask that you stretch forth your healing hands by your mercy to clinics and hospitals and grant healing and recovery to the sick and afflicted ones in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

Lord Jesus Christ, by your patience in suffering you hallowed earthly pain and gave us the example of obedience to your Father’s will. Lord, sustain them by your grace, that their strength and courage may not fail; heal them according to your will; and help them always to believe that what happens to them here is of little account if you hold them in eternal life, all I ask through Christ our Lord. Amen.
