My Husband doesn't want to help!
A Christian friend needs to know what to do to get his husband to help at home now that the children are home as a result of the lockdown. According to her, she has been in charge of taking care of the 3 children. However, the locked down means more work at home and since he is also home, she’s been trying to get him to help but to no avail. She doesn’t want them to quarrel over it. What should she do?

My advice to her is to be patient, pray, and share how overwhelmed she is with hubby–in a nice way .
The lockdown is impacting us all in various ways. Hubby’s behavior has been developed over time and cannot change like a light switch. There are many husbands who work and help out at home daily. Your friend’s likely did not– hence it can’t change instantly especially when the pressure of lockdown is added.
A suggestion, she should plan the day out with hubby, if possible, and try to get him to assign the tasks, hence assigning some to himself…. and get the kids involved also.
