    When stress begins to mount,it is important to have a group of trusted friends or family members who can act as social support network. These can help to reduce stress.They can enable one to see his or her situation from a new dimension. Stress can also be managed by learning how to manage time.

    I managed stress by firstly praying to God to direct me to a trusted family member or friend. Through the friends or family that I confided in, they were able to console me. I also avoided loneliness
