    BE HONEST.If a product is not of quality, just say it.Don’t sanitize what is not worth with juicy words.Don’t over charge.Use reasonable prices. That way,you will esrn customers trust and God will bless the work of your hands.

    Offer an additional incentive,own up your mistakes, Know why you lost a customer in the first place & find ways to go about it, be honest & trustworthy, concentrate on giving quality products and services to your customers, avoid consumer exploitation among others.
