Make use of “differentiative advantages like giving out to your customers extra services. This extra services may include; Bonuses, giving out special gifts during special celebrations as well as apologizing timely for any bad services rendered, etc

BE HONEST.If a product is not of quality, just say it.Don’t sanitize what is not worth with juicy words.Don’t over charge.Use reasonable prices. That way,you will esrn customers trust and God will bless the work of your hands.

Offer an additional incentive,own up your mistakes, Know why you lost a customer in the first place & find ways to go about it, be honest & trustworthy, concentrate on giving quality products and services to your customers, avoid consumer exploitation among others.
